"Our stay was perfect , absolutely welcoming . House was clean plenty of room for my guest and celebrated my mother’s 61st birthday. Not far from the casino . Beds are very comfortable, immediately walking into the homie vibes of taking the shoes off is a plus for me , the smell of essential oils . "The townhouse was great. Clean, functional, good location. There were things that need to be improved however. When a place lists it has space for 6 to sleep but doesn’t spell out that two of those spaces are tiny fold out cots; we assumed there was a fold out couch. Also being located in one of the snow capitals and there was no shovel to clear the 8 or so inches of snow received during our stay. The soap dispenser in the half bath downstairs doesn’t function. "A group of us stayed at this property while I'm town for a tournament in Utica. The property was extremely clean and definitely well maintained. The owner Joel is very cool dude and very out going. He did everything he could to make sure our stay was comfortable. And his communication was pretty much instant. No waiting for hours or a day for a reply.
