"Beautiful spot. Had a great bunch of days with our family here. The place was exactly as we expected it, no surpises or letdowns. We had great weather so we could do lots of swimming and fishing. The water level at the end of the dock was 2 or 3 feet deep which made us feel comfortable that our kids could all touch and not have to worry about one getting hurt. The fully upholstered one stunk of dog on hot days and the pull-out couch is not very comfortable and old.When paying a 300 cleaning fee, we should not be asked to sweep the floors. We found out alter one day that the floors had not been washed for a long time. Bare feet were very dirty.The upstairs bathtub is an accident waiting to happen.
