"We absolutely loved staying in the Captain's Cabin. Bourton on the Water is in a great location for day trips, but we had to pull ourselves away from this adorable and bustling little village. Location of the Captain's Cabin is quiet and peaceful, but just a two minute walk to all that Bourton on the Water has to offer! We loved ending our days cuddling up by the fire and had the best sleep in the charming and comfortable bedroom. "

"Very central to various places in the Cotswolds but such a joy to return to and to get up in each morning. Everything was there that we needed and I enjoyed the outside space to sit and read a bit and to dry some laundry. So bright and airy, roomy….we just loved Exchange Cottage and would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"Couldn't have been happier with our decision to stay at Well Cottage. It was delightfully decorated, comfortable, and in an ideal location. The host, Dawn, couldn't have been more helpful in addition to being incredibly friendly. We loved every thing about the cottage!"

"Very well situated, and cute little house. The stay was very nice overall, Blockley is lovely with decent facilities. Great place to stay to hit all the spots s such as Stow, Bourton etc. Would just say maybe a couple of wine glasses would be nice and the chairs at the food bar are quite small for the height of the table"

"A lovely well presented and equipped cottage, ideally located for day trips into Stratford upon Avon and Warwick. Teabags, coffee, milk, bread and butter were waiting for us when we got there. We loved the peace and quiet of the location and would have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to anyone looking for a break in this location."

"Lovely traditional Cotswolds cottage in a great location, just a few minutes walk up the hill from the middle of Bibury. Very tastefully refurbished & styled cottage with field walks directly opposite (as well as the handy pub!!). "Well appointed, smart property. Very comfortable. Slightly confused by reference to a "key box" for entry, but the key box was only for the use of the cleaner, and guests had an electronic entry. Owner put us right at once. Lovely private outdoor seating area at the back with large table. Comfy beds, good bedrooms. Slightly disconcerted by the internal window on the downstairs loo, and no lock. Suggest a curtain across the window would be good."
