"C est la 2e fois que nous avons loué le chalet de monsieur Moine. Comme l annee passée, nous avons passé d excellentes vacances. Quelques ameliorations notables ont été apportees au gite depuis l année passee. Le gite est rustique mais tres bien équipé, idéalement situé, la vue de la terrasse est époustouflante. Menthon-Saint-Bernard est un village calme et agreable autour du lac même en plein mois d août. Dommage que le gite soit deja loué pour notre periode, nous serions revenus l annee...

"Très chouette séjour de 3 nuits dans cette belle maison typique et chaleureuse. Une cheminée, un salon convivial, du bois et des couleurs chaudes. Une maison qui a une histoire, qui respire le bonheur. Cette maison a beaucoup de détails pratiques intéressants. La suite parentale en rez-de-chaussée est bien pratique pour des personnes âgées . Nous reviendrions avec grand plaisir. "

"Host met us upon arrival and showed us the property. Property was spacious, well equipped and appointed for our party of five. The view from the deck is sensational and the surrounding countryside extremely peaceful. Great place to chill out for a few days and would recommend to anyone that enjoys a farmstay. Road to the property is quite steep and narrow, but the view and serenity is well worth it!"

"Very nice.In the middle of landscape .Surrounded by fields and cows. So quiet and peaceful .We Ve enjoyed our stay. The house is big enough for a large family. My 4 /5 for cleaning. Tell your landlady to clean under your sofa or pieces of furniture...... The tablecloth was dirty and spotty.. Not easy to know if you live too far to check. Otherwise we Ve had a lovely family time."

"Le Revard est un lieu magique (1500 m d'altitude, montagne à vaches avec une magnifique forêt, un paysage extraordinaire à 360°, un calme absolu, proximité du lac du Bourget, ...) et le chalet est situé tout au sommet (à 5 mn du belvédère). Spacieux, lumineux et bien équipé, tout était parfait. Les échanges avec Elisa et Mathieu ont été des plus agréables. Je ne peux que recommander cette location dans cet environnement exceptionnel. "We had such a lovely time staying in this Chalet. It was the most beautiful city at a wonderful place with fantastic views. We didn’t have a car so it was a bit of a hike to St Jorioz and back with our kids. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. We used the kitchen as well and it was nice to have for our kids. We loved it here!"

"There is a sink, but it its leaking There is a faucet, but it drips There is a toilet, but it creaks because it's loose There is a shower, but it's height can't be adjusted There is a bathtub, but it has no shower curtain There is a tv, but it turned on in the middle of the night There is a remote for the TV, but the power button doesn't work There is an aircon, but it turns on and off very noisely There is a carpet, but it's heavily stained There is coffee, but it's instant There are pillows in the bed, but they are very thin There is a bathroom door, but it binds There is a door handle, buts it's loose There is a bed, and it's actually alright The service is OK, and the location couldn't be much better. Some rooms lack a view, but are also priced accordingly. "
