"During the week we were there it was the Chincoteague Blueberry Festival and the Pony Penny so I’m sure they raise their prices but it’s a very basic hotel, relatively clean, but I think it’s very overpriced for what it is, they have free breakfast, but as we all know, nothing is free, the staff is very nice. It’s just that if you’re looking to save some money and we’re not using the hotel very much because we’re in town for business so next year I might just look for something else more...

"Refrigerator did not work, bathroom sink drained slow. No one at front desk at check in time, no one at front desk at check out."

"For the price it was a very poor motel. Worn down, dirty, only one towel, the ice machine was broken, the air conditioner was very loud. Office time was from 8 am but no one was there 8.10. We will never come back."

"The location was central with a deck out on the marsh, which was lovely. The pool seemed well kept and was nice. It was clean and the communication with the hosts was quite good. The smart TVs didn’t really work and could only work with live tv. No apps worked. Overall, though, would stay again."

"This property was in a great location very close to Maddox blvd which will take you to Assateague or to Main Street. It was quiet and had beautiful views of the sunrise. While the kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots and pans, we have to cook because of dietary restrictions so I wish there had been a cutting board and measuring cups/spoons as well. I appreciated the hands off check-in/check-out process. Staff communicated via text and email and were available if we needed to get in touch,...

"Great central location. Not fancy, but very functional. The bath linens are quite worn and the space is dated (the washcloths would not be fit for my rag bag) - but it was fine for what we needed. We had no communication with the Mng so that can be a plus or minus depending on your expectations. We are self sufficient so it worked great for us."
