"The accommodations at the Sea Shell Motel were much better than expected. This is a clean and well maintained property. We hope to stay here again."

"Great room w king size bed overlooking the water!"

"Very nice hotel! The decor was really unique and the staff were very helpful! Would definitely recommend!"

"We have stayed at this hotel for over 18 years & we keep going back because of the great job they do. Location, staff and clean rooms & property make this hotel a standout!! This visit was our first with the hotel under new management. Nice to see the the rooms were updated & property continued to be maintained."

"The room was semi clean and in a good spot but the bed linens were strange. The comforter felt like wax paper. The floors turned my socks black but the bathroom was clean. Our tub backed up with what smelled like sewage but they moved us right away. No carts to move all our luggage and food which was annoying. No coffee maker in room. Tv was weird. Good for a night that’s about all"

"A large portion of the lobby was full of stacked chairs to such an extent as too completely spoil the arrival experience to our hotel stay. No breakfast was prepared in advance during our stay. Finally, on the last night of our stay the parties next to our room were noisy and created disruptive racket from 8pm thru 1am the next morning. In addition, no hotel management was available from 11pm (maybe earlier) to 1am to handle this constant disruptive behavior. We were finally forced to leave our...

"Wonderful staff, clean rooms. The owners helped me out with a ride when I got separated from my van. Couldn’t believe how kind. Looking forward to going back."

"For the price it was a very poor motel. Worn down, dirty, only one towel, the ice machine was broken, the air conditioner was very loud. Office time was from 8 am but no one was there 8.10. We will never come back."

"Our room was clean and ready for our stay. We could walk to some shops, miniature golfing, restaurants."

"Great central location. Not fancy, but very functional. The bath linens are quite worn and the space is dated (the washcloths would not be fit for my rag bag) - but it was fine for what we needed. We had no communication with the Mng so that can be a plus or minus depending on your expectations. We are self sufficient so it worked great for us."

"This property is immaculate, clearly loved by its owners, and very nicely set up for gatherings. The living room has 3 sofas and coffee table in an open plan with a large dining table on the other side. The kitchen is furnished with an abundance of stylish dishes and plenty of silverware and cookware. There is a large island between the kitchen and dining room for storage and food preparation. The washer and dryer were a great convenience. My family especially appreciated the upper level that...

"Excellent space with everything needed!"

"Nice property.Deceptive to say it has an ocean view"
