Welcome to Sanderling - a large 3 Bedroom plus Bonus Room family-friendly home tucked on quiet Teal Lane, and only 5 minutes from the Beach! Assateague National Seashore is one of the most visited beaches in our country - and once you visit, you will understand why! Our natural shoreline remains uncluttered - no boardwalk, no shops, no restaurants - just beautiful Nature itself, Wild Ponies, and all sorts of magical things to discover!
As you enter Sanderling, you will be welcomed by the spacious Living Area, with big Bay Windows and lots of seating for all. Relax after a fun-filled day at the Beach, and enjoy Free WiFi and Flat Screen Streaming TV. The kids will love sinking into the giant Bean Bag Chair - don’t be surprised if some napping happens here! And Sanderling is perfect for the WHOLE family - including your family dog with a $100 Pet Fee each!
Just off the Living Area, you’ll find the well-equipped Kitchen, with all the comforts of home. Dine in the comfort of Central AC, or out on the Deck in the backyard. Grab a quick bite at the Breakfast Bar before searching for Wild Ponies, or swing by Beach Road Round-up and take it to the Beach with you!
Bedroom 1 is the Primary Bedroom and has a comfy King Bed, and is decorated with an antique flair. With 2 spacious Closets, and dressers, there is plenty of storage space. The Private En-Suite Full Bath has a Tub/Shower Combo. Just off this Bedroom, you’ll find the Laundry Area with a Full Size Washer and Dryer for your convenience.
Bedroom 2 has a Full Bed and adorable antique dresser. Down the hall, Bedroom 3 has another Full Bed. The Bonus Room has a Full Bed and Sitting Area - perfect for curling up with a good book. There’s a 2nd Full Bathroom with a Walk-in Shower that is shared, as well.
Sanderling has a great backyard perfect for both the humans and the dogs in your family. The 2 Tiered Deck has a small dining table, and lots of seating choices under the shade trees. There is a double Dog Kennel you’re more than welcome to use, but it’s not required here - dogs are part of the family!

Well-trained dogs allowed with non-refundable $100 Pet Fee each - 2 Max, and must be approved in advance. Pets must be on flea and tick preventative and current on vaccinations. No cats.
