"This was an absolute delight of a vacation. We stayed on Marsh Island, Chincoteague, VA for 6 nights. WOW! What a stay. The Pearl was sensational. "The property is convenient and we were able to walk to many of the things we wanted. There is a bike path that you can get on right by the property that takes you to the beach, or anywhere else on the island you want to go. There are scenic views of the creek and marsh, and the rental company is very attentive and easy to get a hold of."

"The property was very clean and looks as advertised. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. Great location for access to the Seacoast and National Parks. The only critique is that you really are not able to sit on boardwalk/dock overlooking the water. There are way too many seagull droppings covering entire dock."

"We loved our stay at Cynthia’s property. The room set up was perfect for our family and the water views from the balcony were priceless. "My car was hit in the parking lot. There was no note left and while this is not directly the responsibility of the property management, it would have perhaps not have happened if there were lights around the property making vehicles more visible. Also, the pool is disgusting. I believe the pool surface just needs repainting but it looks gross and made me question its cleanliness. The pool was a big factor in renting here and then to not be comfortable in using it was a big turn-off."

"Lovely place - exactly as described. Small but tidy - perfect for a weekend getaway with my partner. Only issue was I was given the wrong address and couldn’t find the place. Tried calling the after hours phone number and was hung up on. Ultimately just walked into the inn, found the room number, and tried to use the lock box code and was successful. Was stressful but all worked out in the end. Wished I had asked more questions during business hours. Would stay again!"

"My husband and I rented the condo for a week. The place is quite spacious. It was very clean. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was pretty well stocked with anything we could have needed. The sunset from the back porch was nothing short of phenomenal! We watched a few coast guard training drills in the channel while relaxing on the back deck. We will definitely recommend this condo as a premier place to stay on the island."

"Where is the 10 stars option?? This property was so unique and unlike your typical cottage. The pool was clean and refreshing and the live music poolside was the icing on the cake.
