The buffet breakfast with the variety of options was excellent. The staff were friendly and easy to talk. The facility and room was clean and the bed extremely comfy. Outback Steakhouse is in the lobby which made an easy and convenient option for lunch and dinner.

Pro: quiet rooms. Con: difficult parking. They should require vehicles less than 6 ft tall to park underground so taller vehicles have parking above ground.

I like that we had the shuttle to get to the airport. Why weren’t waffles offered for breakfast? I was looking for some paper plates in the PM and found waffle iron boxes in the kitchen. Other than Outback and Hooters, the area didn’t offer any dining. Ordered out once.

Property is clean and the room is spacious. However, description of kitchenette is misleading. It only has a sink, microwave and some pantry cabinets. No actual stove to cook.

The staff make this property a great go to. Bobby assisted us with some concerns at check in and was informative and friendly. We also came back the next morning and the woman who assisted us was amazing. The property is dated but the service speaks volumes and so very appreciated.

The bathroom in our room was not clean. I booked a suite and the pull out bed was very uncomfortable. They say they have a no smoking policy but there were smokers right by the door that you could not avoid walking past (and through their smoke) every time we entered or left the building. I never have a bad experience with a Marriott and expected the same here - not the case.

I was a solo traveler and stayed overnight. I did not enjoy my stay. The hallways had a bad odor and the dark brown sofa in the room was visibly stained. Would not stay there again.

Overall, I would not recommend this place and will not be staying here again. The staff at check in were rude to my husband. We were also told at check in that we would need to pay $30 per day to park there! And were charged an additional $80 incidental fee at check in even though our two night stay was paid in full prior to arrival. The beds were very uncomfortable, stains in the carpet and the way the door was set up in the bathroom, you could hardly get in or out and open/close the door. Also, the thermostat on the wall must be there for decoration because there was constant freezing air blowing out of the vent in the ceiling and no way to control the temperature in the room at all. I put the thermostat to heat and nothing changed at all, couldnt turn the vent fan off. This place is outdated and overpriced for what you get and having to pay an additional $60 just to park here was the kicker for me. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The front of house lady was rude and argued with us when we had challenges getting the airport shuttle. She was not at all sympathetic to our situation and did not offer helpful solution. When we finally arrived to hotel after paying for a taxi we didn’t receive any support with all our luggage as we struggled to get in the front door or any apology for what happened.

This hotel was in a great location to walk with our family and ride the train into the city. There are several great dining options near the hotel. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and replenished frequently it was very busy during spring break. My kids enjoyed the pool but wish it was open until 10 pm. The rooms were clean, beds comfy, but our room was very hot and adjusting the temperature did not make a difference.

Check in was very quick. Didn't even need to take out my credit card since it was already input thru Expedia. We only stayed a night, so we didn't utilize any other services. Breakfast was great, though a bit busy. Room was clean and comfortable.
