Room was very clean and bed was comfortable! We got the lush suite and it was so relaxing. Got a free late check out as well. Breakfast had good options.Only bad thing would be we were close to the pool so it was a little loud because of the kids but other than that everything was great!

The staff were GREAT to me and my friend and made our stay VERY comfortable! Our room was cheap and when our tv was messed up in the first room, they moved us to another room! Breakfast was great and FREE! Very quiet! My only cons were I wish the room in the pool were a little bit more clean but other than that! PERFECT!!!

Thank you for the services the personal very! helpful. I like also the store restaurant nearby, although the room could've been cleaned with scented cleaning product to make it a homier experience. Lastly the water pressure wasn't that strong but the staff were very kind.

I had a room on the first floor and water started to leak from the lamp fixture in the bathroom. When I called the front desk they said they’ll check the room above but I never heard back from them. If you need a quick place to stay and don’t care about luxury then you’ll be fine .

The pool water was so cold that my young children could not stay in the water. I called Front desk and he refused to look at it. I asked for a supervisor and he said I could not speak to one. He said to call in the morning. We only stayed one night hoping my children could enjoy the pool and by morning we would have to check out. Front desk was very rude and not accommodating.

One room had a cracked window hidden behind the curtains, there were stains on the wall, and there was food scattered on the stairs leading up to our rooms, not to mention the strong smell of smoke in the hallways in spite of the hotel being “non-smoking”.
