"Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Häuschen + Terrasse + Garten sind ein Traum. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles pikobello sauber. Das Meer ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, es gibt eine sehr nette Strandbar. Und was unter keinen Umständen vergessen werden darf: Samanta und ihre Mutter sind sooooo sympathisch. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen, noch einmal zu kommen."

"Beautiful spot to stay and explore that part of Italy. Winding road to get there but worth it. Very comfortable furniture throughout and well maintained. We didn’t cook meals, but the kitchen was well stocked. Just telling friends that you stayed in a castle built in the 1400’s is worth it. "

"Der Urlaub fing mit zwei wunderbaren Tagen an, Ende Oktober nich 25°C. Da ging es ab zum Strand... Unser Haus,mit den tollen Terassen war für uns,für die paar Tage ganz toll. Was wir alle feststellen mussten, dass einige Dingedie Jahre gekommen ist."

Panoramablick. Das Haus war super eingerichtet, die Küche perfekt ausgestattet. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Einzig die Anfahrt zum Haus war immer wieder spannend."

"We would give villa Ucelli 100/10. It was the most beautiful location!! The owner Franco was delightful, and the property manager Nikola was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is absolutely stunning. Walking distance to Paraggi beach, Portofino, and Santa Margherita. The public bus is located just down the hill for easy riding to Santa Margherita & Portofino. Amazing location. restaurants, people, beaches - absolutely loved it!! "

"Cette belle maison est idéalement situé, à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Levanto (attention ça grimpe) et directement sur le sentier de la randonnée vers Monterosso. L'équipement est correct et la maison a beaucoup de charme. La cinquième chambre est en fait une dépendance qui se situe dans le jardin. Lea piscine est plus petite que sur les photos mais agréable. "Stayed for a week with our 4 kids in their late teens, early twenties. Good size of villa with plenty of space indoors and out. Incredible views. Weather cooler than anticipated so pool was a little chilly as not heated. Would have expected more luxurious bed linens, towels and pillows given the price. Concierge was very helpful with sightseeing and food information."

"The House and surroundings are beautiful and Well kept in a very charming style. We loved to have breakfast on the terrasse that overlooked the olive grove. We felt close to the Charming Chiavari and close to the Hills and Beach at the same time. The host is a kind and Sweet person who invited us for a drink under her 120 year Old avocado tree."
