Serviceminded hotel
Vi var et kærestepar afsted på både ferie og som gæster til et bryllup. Og vi synes det var ideelt for et kærestepar at bo i dette hotel. Eneste "ulempe" var man skulle logge ind på wi-fi igen, når man kom tilbage til hotellet. Værelset var rigtig fint, men vi fik et hvor der kun var et vindue og ingen altan. Hvis vi havde fået et værelse med altan og mere lys, havde det været helt i top.

Beliggende perfekt, men intet andet
Beliggenheden er perfekt, lige midt i den gamle bydel, med gåture til det meste. Tæt på restauranter og seværdigheder. Selve hotellet er 7 år gammelt, men allederede slidt pga. Manglende vedligeholdelse. Især badeværelset, der var skimmelsvamp rundt i kanterne og fugen omkring jazussien var fyldt med cilikone i et meget tykt lag, og alligevel løb vandet ud over gulvet. Vi havde værelse 302 Der er kun 15 værelser så havde forventet mere service ved morgenmaden, som var ok, men intet ud over det sædvanlige, intet specielt og intet nylavet, heller ikke div. Æg retter var friskt. Ingen specielle marmelader eller andet. Poolen virkede beskidt og den ene dag kunne den ikke benyttes pga. Der var hældt kemikalier ned i den. Der er 3 etager men ingen elevator.

Great boutique hotel. Walking distance to tons of temples, great food, and shopping. Central to everything and no issues with excursions picking up anr dropping off at hotel. Also, easy access from the airport.

After finding this little gem I always stay here when traveling to Siem Reap twice a year. It’s like a little jungle retreat not far from the city center. I love the quiet relaxing atmosphere away from the busy areas. It’s safe, clean and the staff are amazing. I find the price very reasonable and always look forward to my next stay.

Stay here for the most pleasant Chiang Mai trip!
My wife and I were blown away by the generosity and helpfulness of the hotel staff. After finding out that we were traveling for our honeymoon, they upgraded our room to a gorgeous suite at no cost to us and were always dropping everything to help when we were around. Our trip was during the new year, and the staff even invited us to a bountiful hotpot meal with them to celebrate. Their kindness was the icing on the cake for our time in Chiang Mai and I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

I cannot say enough about the hospitality and service we received from concierge/manager of Sirilanna. I wish I knew his name, but he really went all-out to make sure we had everything we needed/wanted. It is a small, older hotel but absolutely beautifully adorned and will a quaint, authentic feel- almost like a B&B. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Luxurious and perfectly located
Really beautiful and comfortable hotel. The traditional decor looks great, and everything was clean and well maintained. Amenities include free airport shuttle, free breakfast with made to order eggs and a good variety of Thai and Western items, jetted tubs and balconies in the higher end rooms, free bottled water. Oh, and the location is perfect--right in the middle of Old City, walking distance to pretty much everything. I would definitely stay again if come back to Chiang Mai (which I hope I do, it's an amazing city).

Beautiful hotel with a very friendly staff. Worth staying here for the wood-working alone. Gorgeous! The rooms are quiet, spacious and luxurious. The property is well located in Old Sq. Next to and in the middle of everything. I’m sad to leave but will stay here again on a trip back to Chiang Mai.

It was a nice property. The room was different then the one we paid for but the staff was really kind. They need to freshen the smell of the room before the new guests arrive. All that said, loved the place and staff and excellent breakfast

The room was pleasing ,nice and spacious. It was impossible to sleep at night because of the corner bar across from the hotel. Very loud music and a lot of crazy drank people yelling and screaming and there is no way you can sleep or even rest till past after midnight.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff were very attentive. We loked the old Thai style decor. The only negative was it was on a cross road junction so could be a bit noisy but earplugs did the trick.

Good location and friendly staff.
Great friendly staff. Overall a good value but issues with hot water in the shower. Several showers were cold or Luke warm which negatively impacted our comfort. The hotel room was very spacious and had beautiful wood accents. Location in Chiang Mai was very good. We walked around most of the old city with ease. breakfasy was delicious and included several Thai dishes and made to order eggs.

Beautiful hotel in a great area!
We loved our stay at this hotel! It is in a great location right in the old city. It is a little more expensive than a lot of hotels in the area, but you get what you pay for! The room was beautiful and had a great jacuzzi bath. Breakfast was included and was delicious. We also got inexpensive thai massaged while we were there.

The hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL, the decor everything just immediately makes an impression as soon as you walk in the pool area is amazing, you can get massages on the property. My sister was fascinated by the koi fish and the staff was kind enough to let her feed them. As soon as we checked in the staff was so friendly, the hotel is very clean, the breakfast was DELICIOUS. If I ever find myself in Chiang Mai again no doubt this is where I will stay. I was so happy with everything.

Wonderful hotel!
Absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel has a lot of charm with all the carved wood. The bed was comfortable and the room quite large. The breakfast was very good with made to order eggs, bacon, and sausage. The pool area was quite nice. The pool itself was quite chilly (as expected in Thailand) but refreshing after some time in the sun. Only 2 slight negatives to the place. 1. Sound carries a lot through the doors (which are beautiful but apparently not sound prood). We had a room adjoining ours and could hear the conversations and music of our neighbors. The hotel is generally quiet so it wasnt a huge issue. My husband got a fan from the front desk and hat drowned out any unwanted noise at night. 2. The water in the shower or bath takes abour 10 to 20 minutes to get warm any time of day besdies morning and even then only gets lukewarm. So if you want a nice hot shower after bathing with elephants, be prepared to wait and have a lukewarm rinse off. But when we showered in the morning, we had no issues. Besides those 2 small things, our stay was heavenly! Highly recommended.

Das Hotel liegt am Rande der Altstadt von Chiang Mai und bietet einen kostenlosen Airport Shuttle an. Es ist daher ideal als Übernachtungsort, wenn man nach einer Nordthailand- Tour vor der Rückkehr nach Europa steht. Schön ausgestattete Zimmer mit einigen Abnutzungserscheinungen. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Chiang Mai würde ich das (gleich teure) De Naga vorziehen.

Great location.
Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, and convenient location. Had 2 issues (one with them doing laundry nexr to our room all night, and the jetted tubs faucet was backwards ie hot, cold were reveresed) both issues resolved quickly and with smiles. Rooms cleaned daily. Only thing we didn't like was the breakfast offered. Being Vegan my only option was toast and fruit.

Leider hat man das Wasser fast 5 Minuten laufen lassen müssen, bevor Warmwasser verfügbar war. Das sollte unbedingt verbessert werden. Frühstücksbuffet ziemlich limitiert, aber gut. Personal sehr lieb

Good value, but room not as expected. No balcony, and in fact only a small window in the bathroom. Very dark and claustrophobic. Could not wait to leave for this reason. Otherwise many things were acceptable.

The decor was beautiful, the breakfast buffet was delicious, tge staff very kind and attentive. Miss Sofia, the tour booking agent was amazing. We booked 3 tours based on her recommendations and our desires and they were all perfect ( riverboat dinner, elephant sanctuary, and thailands tallest mountain). The hotel location was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to everything we needed and desired. And again the staff aas absolutely wonderful, which was very nice. They were all young, which made the service given much more nice. Wonderful and perfect lication.
