"The property is located close to downtown Rock Hill. Not the nicest part but not the worst. Houses in neighborhood easily build in the 1940s. Luther did a good of refurbishing the house to make the inside comfortable and functional. We were visiting for a sports tournament and home was conveniently locate to the multiple venues and within 5-10 minutes to restaurants and stores. Luther was great host and very responsive in answering any questions and addressing concerns."

"The house was perfect for our family and we had plenty of room! There was a lot to do on the property and in the lake. We enjoyed our stay very much! We found we did not have enough linens, and we were glad we brought our own beach towels. We had a lot of issues getting in the gate, and we were glad the maintenance man was there to let us in. "The area was beautiful and serene. The house was beautiful as well. Unfortunately, the house was not clean. The oven and fridge were pretty nasty. They offered to send someone to clean the fridge but we stopped by the store on our way in so we had to wipe the fridge ourselves before putting our stuff away in it. "Loved staying at this beautiful house on Lake Wateree. The property manager had prompt and friendly communication, and there was even a welcome basket with goodies and a fridge full of bottled water for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, house was clean, and view from the deck was peaceful. Would stay here again!"
