Newly renovated & With its fresh and modern ambiance, this lovely abode is ideal for creating cherished moments and treasured memories.



The Space:

HOME 1 - Sleeps 15



The heart of this home lies in its well-equipped kitchen and inviting open plan living space. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or simply enjoy cooking with loved ones, the kitchen provides all the necessary amenities and appliances to prepare delicious meals with ease. After a day of exploration, settle into the living area and immerse yourself in relaxation. Gather around the TV, sink into the sofas, and enjoy quality time with family and friends. Downstairs, there is 1 x double sofa bed and 2 x single sofa beds.



Moving upstairs there is a mezzanine bedroom, 2 x good sized bedrooms - all with comfortable king beds. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with bath and separate shower and 1 with walk in shower. At the front of the house is a large, spacious bedroom with king bed, 1 x double sofa bed and 1 x single sofa bed.

After a day of exploration, settle into the cosy living area and immerse yourself in relaxation. Gather around the TV, sink into the sofas, and enjoy quality time with family and friends.



There are 3 bedrooms, all tastefully decorated, giving you the space to relax and unwind and get a peaceful nights sleep.

BEDROOM 1: 1 x King Bed

BEDROOM 2: 1 x King Bed, 1 Single Sofa Bed

BEDROOM 3: 2 x Double Beds

LIVING SPACE: 2 x Single Sofa Bed.



Guest Access:

Access to the homes is via lock box.

Guests will have access to the whole house. Parking is on street.



The Neighborhood:

Discover the idyllic village of Tarvin, located about 20 minutes from Chester city centre. Tarvin as a location has 2 pubs for you to enjoy as well as restaurants and other great amenities such as a post office and a coffee shop, making it a lovely base for your visit. During your stay immerse yourself in the rich history of Chester, explore the renowned Cheshire Oaks shopping outlet and delight in an unforgettable encounter at Chester Zoo. At the end of a busy day retreat to our beautiful home and relax in style.



Getting Around:

Catch the bus to Chester from Tarvin and you will find yourself at your destination in approximately 20-30 minutes.



In central Chester everything is within walking distance, however Chester has very good bus routes and taxi services if needed.

Rail and road travel is also easily accessible here, with great train services to Liverpool, Manchester & further afield.

If you are bringing your car there is easy access to main motorways and also good routes to North Wales, Liverpool & Manchester.



Other Things to Note:

We have travel cots and high-chairs available (free of charge but subject to availability). No linen is provided for the travel cot. They are not kept on site, so please advise us in advance if you need these for your visit so that we can endeavour to ensure they are provided in time for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute requests for these items.



Please note that the properties have Smart TV's with app access. You will need to use your own logins and the TV does not have live TV. However, you can watch live TV through both the BBC and the ITV app for example.

I can't be around myself, so I have a husband and wife team, Tom and Rachael who manage things locally.
