"The location was perfect for our trip. Branford is a very quaint town with lots to see and great places to eat. We came back to CT from SC for our son's wedding on the shore by the ocean and a baby shower at Stony Creek Brewery. This cottage is in the perfect location and has huge potential! "Such a cute place in a perfect location. Would love to visit again in warmer months to be able to use all the amenities. Check-in/out processes were very easy. Even though we didn’t physically meet the hosts, they communicated quickly. The snacks were a bonus!! "

"We rented this place for the first time for a family gathering. The setting was very private and “country-ish”. For the most part everything listed was present at the place and there were enough sleeping options for our crew. Overall - the owners were nice and fairly responsive but there was a level of disappointment to the care of the property and more importantly the preparedness for our arrival.
