"In general a nice hotel, but the check in was horrible. They questioned both my Visa AND Mastercard (which ofcourse both has worldwide coverage), claiming that i as a tourist, was suppose to have them issued from an american bank. Before at last accepting them, after a long discussion. NEVER tried that before. "

"NOT hot breakfast from usual hotels. This hotel has "GRAB AND GO" individual wrapped muffins.... not what I was expecting"

"Nice standard King Bed room, up to date furniture & bathroom (stand-up glass front shower) Con- AC unit was extremely loud when it turned off & on, which made our night rest, not restful, as we woke up to it very frequently. Front desk staff, breakfast attendants and all encountered staff was friendly and gave great customer service! Thanks 😊"

"This property needs an update and a complete cleaning. Carpets need replacing. There is hallway odor because of carpets. Eventually a staff member worked on the plumbing. He said the drains were badly stopped up. Pool broken, hot tub broken. Staff not friendly. We left a day early due to discomfort with facility."

"Great visit, staff was amazingly helpful and kind. Only issue is that toilet in my room rocked when I sat down. I would always forget then I went past the desk. I would definitely stay again though."
