The furniture and counters were a bit 'shop-worn' but everything was fully functional and had a lot of things many other hotels lack: ample storage, table space, VERY comfortable beds, etc.
charging $2 for a local water bottle seemed a bit onerous.
i wish the TV would support AirPlay.
having a broken elevator was a minor inconvenience, as there was 2, but it appeared the service elevator was also broken so the mornings were a bit busy with all...

"We had a wonderful time at this property, and will book again in the future. The staff was so kind and accommodating, they helped us transfer to a new room when we had an issue with a wet carpet (from the air conditioner). The breakfast had good options, the property amenities were lovely, we loved having a full kitchen! We only wished we could stay longer."

"Nice space and relatively clean room. Do wish there was somewhere to hang towels and fix the leaky faucet in the kitchen. Struggled to clean plates as there were not cleaning supplies. Appreciated the amenities and I would stay here again! The homeless were a bit of a nuisance but manageable. But overall, a very pleasant stay! "

"There were stains on the bedding. The kitchen had basically no dishes or utensils. I arrived just 15 minutes early for check-in and was made to wait until 3:00pm exactly before the list of available rooms was released to the front desk staff. There were 2 other guests that came after me and they also had to wait. Not a great workflow process at front desk."

"This room is absolutely worth the money. It was so clean, gorgeous and unique. We loved walking to a cafe for breakfast and a tapas bar for a late dinner (all details in the book in the room). There were complimentary coffee pods and water bottles in the hall. We would definitely stay here again if we had the opportunity."
