"So I’m leaving this review here because it’s what we booked, but we actually ended up staying at the property next door (the Flat) because after booking we asked Lisa if she was able to accommodate us one night early. There was someone staying in the Tiny Home that night so she let us know that the property next door, The Flat, was available both nights and we could stay there instead. We were happy to accept and thankful she was able to make the adjustment for us to come in one night earlier....

The home was as advertised… decorated for Christmas in every inch of space. The space was clean and well stocked. It was the perfect weekend to go with all the festivities in Dillsboro. The location would be great any time of the year. We will rebook in the future. "

"The property was beautiful, secluded and quiet. It was super close to Cataloochee, and was close enough that we could still have DoorDashed food so that was convenient. "

"We went to ride the Polar Express for Christmas, the house was only 12 minutes from the train station! The house was very clean and a little secluded. The house sits on top of a steep hill so if it snowed it might be a issue. We really enjoyed our stay!! "

"The property is incredible! It is clean and smells brand new when you first walk in the door. The kitchen is well stocked. The bathroom has a great rainfall shower head and lots of room. The covered porch has a nice sectional couch with gas fire pit as well as a table for meals. The property is very quiet with no road noise. "
