-The hot tub was not operating. After being told it was mentioned on the expedia site, I noticed it at the bottom. My responsibility to review everything (all wording). I need to remember that it won't be obvious (my fault in believing it would be).
-Problems with the toilet the first night. Problems with the sink (backing up and not even being used) in the AM. Excuse: too many people at the hotel and it was hard on their system.
-Way too loud.
-Room wasn't cleaned, just given towels. When I indicated this as an issue, it was again addressed as the place being too busy and it was completed by 3:50pm.
****A suggestion....Change the pricing as the quality and standards do not match. More employees are needed and update your hotel facilities so there are no issues when your hotel is full. Or as mentioned by the hotel about the hot tub (which was indicated to me), maybe you should also indicate a comment such as this: "questionable plumbing, rooms may not be cleaned, and noisy hotel may occur when hotel is busy."
