Comfy, cozy, and adorable 60's rancher at the base of Missionary Ridge with a wonderful view of Lookout Mountain. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans as well as herbs and spices. Close to I-24, Hwy 27, and I-75.
Bring the pets and kids! The yard is fenced with a small garden and patio. There's usually a relaxing breeze around the back with a wooded area behind you for a bit of privacy or sit on the front porch and enjoy a beautiful sunset over Lookout Mountain.
The space
You'll feel right at home here. The family-friendly rancher with a kitchen to show off your cooking skills; herbs planted in the patio garden. Twin beds in one bedroom, full-size bed in the other. There's a pull out sofa bed for snuggling up and watching a movie in the living room. Carport andplenty of parking on the property.
Board games galore should you decide to stay in. Our favorite game is Catch Phrase while Tonk, the larger green board game is super easy and fun to play. Keep the younguns busy with vintage games and toys or one of the many apps on the Roku TV.
Guest access
Full access to upper level of the house. The basement apartment below is rented month to month. Your pets are welcome to the patio/ smaller yard at any time. The larger backyard space is used by tenants.
