    Other things to note
    LOCATION/NOISE
    This property is an amazing location to get to all of the main Chattanooga attractions. However, it is near a main road, the front door/parking lot faces the backs of a few businesses so you may see and hear cars or motorcycles passing by at night, and there is a train that passes by at times down the street. White noise machines have been provided in each bedroom to help with any potential noise, and if you need something quick to eat, a Vietnamese restaurant and Subway are right out the front door! Typically it is pretty quiet!

    STAIRS
    This is a three level property so you will need to be able to navigate stairs to get to the bedrooms. There are no bedrooms on the main level.

    NOOK/LANDING TWIN BED AREA
    There is no mini split (AC/Heater) in this room so it is possible it may get warm during the warmer months and cool during the colder months. There is a tower fan provided for cooling purposes.

    PESTS
    Welcome to Chattanooga, TN, where mountains and nature surrounds. It is also home to thousands of varieties of pests such as wasps, ladybugs, carpenters bees, ants, etc. The property is treated monthly by a licensed pest control company, however pests can still find their way in from time to time. Again, this is the South where pests can occur on occasion. We will, however, do everything in our power to help in the event of an extreme situation.

We LOVED staying at The Nest on Riverwalk Way! The place is beautifully decorated, clean, cozy and perfect location to do all the fun things in Chattanooga! Tara was an amazing host and communicating with her was easy! The back porch was nice to sit under the white lights at night, they had arcade & board games that were fun for all age groups in our family and she even had sweet treats (Moon Pies) for us to enjoy! (My granddaughter’s favorite!) We will be back to stay here again!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay in Chattanooga. We were within 5-10 minutes from Ruby Falls, the Aquarium, downtown and everything else you want or need in the area. The rental is extremely clean, comfortable and a great place to stay. The beds were comfortable, everything you would need was there and check-in/check-out was a breeze. And Tara was great with communication from the time we booked until we checked out making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this home if you're staying in Chatanooga.

It was everything we needed! We felt safe and it was in a convenient place! Communication was great and very welcoming. Our kids loved it as well. We definitely would stay here again. Don’t hesitate to book this lovely house!

Oh my goodness, can we say convenient? This unit was absolutely flawless inside and out! It is convenient to downtown and the nearby mountain attractions. Perfect for the four of us who went. Everyone had their own space and enjoyed their stay. Tara puts in extra effort for guests, including hand soap (greatly appreciated) in the bathrooms and extra toiletries in case someone has forgotten something. The unit was extremely well-kept, clean, and supplied. We will stay in this unit, and this unit only, if we do a return trip to Chattanooga!

The Nest was very comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed. The location was perfect for the activities we enjoyed, including Rock City, Ruby Falls, and Raccoon Mountain Caverns. We were also delighted by the riverfront, parks, shops, and plenty of ice cream near by. Tara was a very accessible and responsive host for our questions and requests. Our stay at The Nest contributed to a great Chattanooga visit for us, two couples who are old friends, meeting up during a cross-country road trip. Many thanks!

This was a very convenient location, had everything we needed :) The rooms were very nice and the rental very clean. I would recommend! The host was very pleasant to work with and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Many of the stores and sights you would intend on visiting are easily accessible, and the drive 5-10 mins or less from most things we choose to do! This location does have stairs to all the bedrooms and all steps are solid wood, all stairs have solid handrails so use them if steps are challenging for you. The main floor and all bedroom temps can be adjusted independently, which was a plus :) Overall, very please and would stay here again!

Loved everything! Super clean( loved that pets are not allowed so no funky smells or pet hair) property looked just like the photos online. Awesome decor and so well organized. Tara was super easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to messages. The townhouse was stocked with everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. We especially loved that there were ceiling fans, phone chargers and sound machines next to each bed. When looking for places to stay, I always search for a property that has some type of entertainment for my kids- this spot had two video game machines that were so much fun and we also enjoyed playing the board games and games on the back porch. Safe area and Tara provided great recommendations for food in the area. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area!
