"This is an amazing little rental. The location was perfect for us. We were 10-15 minutes away from just about everything. It was clean, and even had some goodies left for us. Absolutely will recommend this place to everyone I know and will most definitely stay here again!!!!! The acoustics were great!"

"The house was perfect for our stay for the weekend. We were down for my daughter’s parents weekend at UTC. This was close enough to her but always far enough from the downtown area. House looks just like the pictures. Only thing was down fall was the beds have a dip in mattress, so we woke up with sore backs. Nothing that some Advil couldn’t help with. We would stay here again. "

"We had a wonderful stay! Updated cottage is just like the pictures. The beds were comfortable, all the linens used were soft and felt like home. Large hot water tank where you can run both showers at the same time was fantastic for the five of us staying there. Leather couches were a nice touch of comfort. Very clean and communication with the owner was wonderful. We even played the board games, instead of watching TV. Everyone love it! You will enjoy your stay! "

"This is a wonderful place to stay at. I'm disabled so we had one step into the house. The place was clean and cozy. The back porch had a lot of spiders and spider webs but there was a broom provided to sweep off the webs. It's located near a river and in a forest covered mountain so spiders are to be expected. Otherwise plenty of utensils and plates. They also have a grill with comfy porch furniture. Very pleased with the stay. Will return."

"It’s a little confusing and deceiving when you are pulling into the property. If possible, plan to arrive when it’s daylight. Biggest thing is that as you pull in, you’re looking at the backside of the house / property. Once there, it’s just as advertised and amazing. "
