This was one of my favorite stays on the Oregon coast. The bungalow was just the right size with a beautiful garden, fenced yard, and sunny deck for relaxing. It was only a 5 minute walk to the Promenade, then a bit farther out to the beach sand. Only an 11 minute walk to the aquarium on the Promenade. The house was old but purposely decorated and updated to show its charm. The shower in the 2nd bath is great! My pup loved it too. Comfy beds and furniture. Nicely stocked kitchen. I walked to the Grizzly Tuna to pick up lunch, and highly recommend!!

The charm and comfort of the home was wonderful and the location was perfect! The fenced in back yard was perfect for my pups and they enjoyed their stay as well! Will definitely love to stay again when we visit Seaside in the future!

We had an amazing stay here couldn’t recommend it enough . Was clean and welcoming from the moment we got in . Plenty of towels and games to keep us busy during the downtime. And the beds were so comfy.

Nice Location

Pros:-Two block from beach-Nice fenced yard for dogs and nice deck/porch areaCons:-Lack of electrical outlets and wall switches. The chain above bed for a light is not really ok for little kids IMO.-Photos don't show what both baths look like. The shower doesn't really work in the bath with clawfoot tub, although we both enjoyed the tub. The drain also doesn't plug/stop in the sink in that bathroom.-Lots of decor in house doesn't leave much storage for personal items traveler may have.

Perfect location near the beach

We walked to the beach each day! Perfect location to be close to the boardwalk and quick walk to all the restaurants, shops and fun.

Superb location with easy walk to beach, shops and restaurants

Cute little old beach cottage with 1950s charm. The house was perfect for a stay in Seaside close to everything, you can her the waves. There were two comfortable queen size beds and cozy little living room. The bathroom at the back of the house is newer and had great shower.The cons: The yard is way too overgrown and difficult to enjoy- spider webs and leaf litter made it difficult as a dog owner to scope out potential harmful plants or other dog droppings. The carpet inside needs a good cleaning. And this is small, but there was no coffee grounds provided with the stay so had to make a store run to get some before morning. Overall would stay here again because of the great location and dog friendly policy.

Our Seaside Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely little home in Seaside. The house was spotlessly clean, the bathrooms well-supplied, and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. The one (small!) disappointment was that the pictures on the website implied that the house was right next to the ocean access. This was incorrect - the walkway to the water was several blocks away. Again, not a horrible thing, just a bit of a surprise. The yard area was nicely fenced, which made it workable to have our two dogs with us. All in all, it was a very positive experience, and we would gladly repeat our visit.

Just “ok”

Didn’t realize the biggest volleyball beach tourney was this weekend so made sense why the prices were high and stay options were limited. This was a good option that accommodated our dog with the fenced yard but was very dated and not the cleanest. This isn’t a critique on the housekeeping, they can only do so much with what they are working with. There is a sign that requests you take your shoes off but the carpet and floors really couldn’t support that, needs an update or extreme deep clean asap. Also, seeing the used toilet plunger and gross toilet brush immediately walking in was very off putting. Also, no signage about what they offer, where anything is, expectations, etc. nothing is labeled and had to hunt for basic things like detergent and hand towels. We picked up our dog poo and also what was left from other guests… Great location but would not stay here again.

Charming! We loved it😀

Wonderful little cottage and yard. Great location. Four of us on fun sewing/quilting retreat. Great quality bedding, towels, amenities. Well stocked kitchen, top grade appliances. Could use a little TLC. Very dirty ceiling vent in living room, probably needs new filter in otherwise well functioning heating system. One bedroom door nearly off hinges!! Definitely needs fixing!! Otherwise it was fine. We’d stay there again (if heating system/ducts serviced).

Wonderful Place

What a great location this was! We were in town for our basketball tournament and like to travel with our two dogs. The house and decide made it cozy and comfortable and it was great to have a fenced in area for the dogs. Close walk to the beach and the shops, close to the outlet stores as well. Would like a little later checkout time at 11am or 12pm, but great stay and would book again.

Seaside Charm

This place is super cozy. It’s on the older lived in side but that’s what makes it so great. Love that they are dog friendly and just a short walk to the beach. The most well stocked home we have ever rented. If ever in this area again we would rent this place!

The place is kinda run down compared to what it looks like in the pictures. The yard was overgrown, with branches covering the walkway and dead leaves strewn over the whole deck. Spiders were a huge problem. We walked right into a giant web as soon as we entered - got cobweb in our hair and faces, it was gross. Half the cutlery in the drawers was dirty and we had to rewash it. So were some of the plates on the shelves. The living room rug is kinda shabby and hurt my feet to walk barefoot on. I still give this place three stars because it has all the amenities. The hosts probably get to charge so much because of Seaside being a popular summer destination, but going at the end of summer we could have gotten better for the price.
