  • Dejlig flodfront og rummeligt ejerlejlighed (ca. 1300 m²) bygget i 2006 med en utrolig flodudsigt og let adgang til stranden; ca. 5 min. gang til stranden. Stue har dejlig gaspejs, stort fladskærms-tv med kabel-tv og DVD-afspiller, komfortable siddepladser og indgang til balkon med udsigt over Necanicum-floden. Propan grill og udendørs stole leveres. Master soveværelse har en kingsize-seng med udsigt samt kabel-tv og gratis trådløst internet. Master bad har granit tællere og bruser / boblebad badekar combo med granit surround også. Køkkenet er smukt designet med rustfrit stål apparater, bordplader i granit, smukke træskabe og opvaskemaskine. Andet soveværelse har en anden dronning seng og komplet badeværelse er lige ved adgang til sovev��relset. Træningsrum kun til rådighed for voksne (18 år og ældre). Vaskerum med vaskemaskine / tørretumbler også i enheden. Gåafstand til næsten overalt i byen. Lukket parkering til kun 2 biler, ikke ryger eller kæledyr.

We found the condo to be clean, organized, and well maintained with everything we needed for a multi-day stay. Nice view and convenient location to downtown Seaside and the beach. We would choose here for our next Seaside location.

The condo was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. The location was great. Very close to shopping, beach and restaurants. We loved to watch all of the crabbing on the bridge and there were even a couple of bald eagles that liked to fly by the balcony.

Perfect

Absolutely wonderful stay! Clean, new carpet, well stocked kitchen, great layout, quiet, easy walk to the beach, easy drive to other towns on the coast. We loved our stay!

Unit was very nice and clean. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Had one issue with one of the toilets when we first got there but called and the issue was taken care of quickly.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Seaside! The property was very clean, beautifully maintained, and so comfortable. We loved the inside—it felt welcoming and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.The location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to do, which made getting around so easy.We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

The home is beautiful! Clean and in an absolutely beautiful location. Quiet and peaceful. Loved looking out at the river.

Great place. Very clean. Very roomy. CO detector started beeping indicating it required replacement, called management after normal business hours and they came out right away and replaced it. Could use a couple of barstools for the counter.

Great!

All beds were comfortable. Quick driving distance to all things on our agenda. Close to a grocery store. Very well equipped and accommodating!

Beautiful and quiet

This place is within a 10 minute walk to Broadway. It is far enough away though that it is quiet and peaceful. It is so clean and so cozy. One of the best places we ever stayed.

Seaside escape

Great location, a short walk to activities in the heart of Seaside, but removed enough to have some quiet time. We enjoyed it as a central location for day trips to Cannon beach, Astoria etc. The apartment was very spacious, clean, beds were comfortable, except for the pullout daybed.

Will definitely stay again!

It was our home away from home with everything we needed. And there was so much more to make our stay perfect - property is right on the river, beach access only about 3 blocks away, quiet, serene, and safe. Property manager is professional & quick to respond.

Nice and spacious

My family had a great time staying in a very clean, spacious place, it has everything you need to make your stay pleasan. Even though you can’t see the ocean but the river has one of the gorgeous views. The place is bigger then the pictures. We will definitely stay there again.

This was a great place to stay! Beds were comfy....couch bed was a couch bed....it is a newer one so more comfy than older ones my kids have slept on. Overall felt very clean...i wasnt too confident in the sheets being super clean...but perhaps they were just well worn. Kitchen was pretty well stocked dish wise. Wish they had an ice cream scoop and some plastic wrap. But overall great! I loved how uncluttered the decor was.

Lovely, clean condo in great location

We love staying a little outside of downtown in Seaside. The beach is just about three blocks away so an easy walk, or there is a parking lot right there if you have limited mobility. They have added a kind of carpet/path by that parking lot which makes it much easier to walk through the dunes, which I really appreciated for my niece with limited mobility. The beach on this end of town is much quieter than if you stay right in downtown. I love the bike shop right on the corner; you can rent bikes for low tide which is great for the kids. I believe the cost is cheaper than the bike shop downtown and I like the owner. The condo was really clean, comfortable beds, great showers, kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the view of the river. I would absolutely stay here again.

Spring break getaway

The condo was nice. Loved the balcony. Beds a tad soft for us. Well furnished. A lot of buffering when streaming shows. Great parking & 15 min walk to the center of town. The bumper cars were fun and the arcade a hoot. Aquarium is small, only $5/person, good for rainy days. Restaurants: Finns was good and had a nice outdoor seating area with table fireplaces. The fish tacos were wonderful and the ginger rice was very tasty. The crab cakes and the calamari were fair. I also thought the tuna Poke was good, fresh tasting. Mo's was overall a 2. The views are great but food, not so much. The chowder was disappointing, little flavor on the food. Blackened shrimp skewers were good.

Great getaway weekend

We had an impromptu weekend at the beach and it was the perfect place to be! Walking distance to beach and town. Excellent living space and place to enjoy time with family.

Cozy stay

The fireplace was perfect after 2 days in the rain!! We noticed you didn't have any coasters though so we bought some that are beach themed for your condo as a thank you! Everything was clean, comfy beds!

The home was beautiful just a little outdated with its decor. The master bedroom bed needs some serious upgrade as it was like sleeping on a bed of rocks. The AC also needs to be upgraded. The great thing about this property was the ease of checking in and out.

Great Condo Close to the Beach

This was a great place to stay. The condo was spacious and the location was great, just a short drive down to the beach. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.
