"Hotel from hell, all Night and all morning mysterious banging from all parts of hotel. Creaking banging all hours of the night. Couldn’t sleep"

"Really nice property in quiet location. Food was great"

"We had a great one night stay at Berwick Lodge on a a Monday to celebrate a birthday. The sun shone and the Housemartins flew happily around whilst we sat on the terrace having a cocktail. The à la carte menu was fantastic - well worth the cost and breakfast was very tasty. Will definitely stay again in one of the other fantastic looking rooms."

"Room not aging well. Stained carpet. Bed linen clean. Towels clean. Shower ok."

"We had a fantastic stay here in one of the new deluxe rooms. The room was incredibly comfortable, very well furnished and spotlessly clean with a large bathroom. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of hot dishes (special praise for the eggs benedict) alongside fruit juices, pastries, yogurt etc. We also had an evening meal in the pub which was again very nice. "Fabulous hotel in a beautiful setting and grounds. A little on the pricey side but worth it to mark or celebrate a special occasion. A good base from which to go out exploring, or to take in a round of golf right there on the doorstep. Would recommend and indeed return."

"☺️"

"Fantastisk service!
