This is a very fun, spacious and beautiful property. It is fully finished with everything you would need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The location is great as well. We were in town for an Opera at the Paramount and live music at The Southern. Both places were walkable as well as your choice of many restaurants. The only thing I would point out is the set up. The two bedrooms are right next to each other. And while aesthetically pleasing, the walls have glass panels at the top which are not very soundproof. Just something to keep in mind. We have a loud snorer in our group so not much you can do about that. There are noise machines provided because you are right above the busy Main Street so we used those to help. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Apartment is lovely. Very clean upon arrival. Beautiful, well appointed kitchen. Nice walk-in closet in primary bedroom. Comfortable beds. Very well done bathrooms.Host was very pleasant and helpful. Quick to respond to texts and resolve an issue. As other reviews commented, it can be noisy because the apartment is right on the downtown mall. Didn't find this to be a deterrent. Just used noise canceling earbuds. There was also a box of earplugs in the closet. Parking was close and inexpensive. The Water street garage was just a quick walk down the street. Area feels safe for walking at night.Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location!

Beautiful property very convenient to many downtown mall activities. We had a wonderful time at this property. There is some late night noise from bars in area but was happy with sound machines provided. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

We were in town to visit friends. The apartment was centrally located, clean, and perfect for family. It was loud at night, but that was to be expected given its location-- the sound machines were helpful!

An awesome place in the best location

This apartment was so well decorated and supplied! We only stayed for the weekend but did not have to get back in the car at all the entire time! It was very walkable with tons of shops and restaurants around. The property was very clean and well stocked.

Fun Stay in Cville

We enjoyed our stay, the place was ver nice. We loved the walkability, enjoyed browsing the shops and had a great lunch at Tilman’s! There was a little rowdy noise, in the middle of the night Friday, from the mall but everything else was great!

Beautiful modern airy loft

We had an amazing stay. You can’t beat the location right on the mall. Loved waking up every day and drinking coffee on the couch by the huge windows in the living area. Everything is comfy and well-appointed. Some late night street noise but appreciated the white noise machines. I’d love to stay again.

Excellent

High quality, pictures don’t do it justice, wolf and subzero in the kitchen, nicest bathrooms I’ve ever been in, will be back…park in water street parking garage (cheapest option by far) and drop off pick up in loading zone on 2nd street, No big deal
