Being just a short walk from Charlotte’s city center, there is nothing you won’t find. Morning, noon and night there are plenty of fantastic places to enjoy all Charlotte has to offer. On your walk through the center, you can visit the historic landmarks: The sculpture of Queen Charlotte and The Four Corners Statues. Are you in the mood for something artsy? There are plenty of lovely art museums. Visit the Levine Center For The Arts, Bechtler Museum of Modern Art or Harvey B. Gantt Center For African-American Arts. If you’re looking for a bite, head to the 7th Street Public Market or Coco and the Director. If you aren’t catching a game and are looking for restaurants, bars, bowling or movies, head to the Epicenter, where you can do it all.

- Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible.

- Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee.

- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $89 per service, depending on availability.

- We can provide parking for one vehicle for $39 per night. Please contact our team for more information.

- Package delivery availability may vary by building - message us for details.

- Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy.



For your security and a smooth check-in process:

- A refundable $500 security deposit is required.

- A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be provided before check-in.

- A short rental agreement will be sent electronically after booking.

- Some buildings may require a brief background check as part of management policy.

- Local residents (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival.
