"Perfect for our mother daughter getaway! So close to the beach it is practically in your backyard. The cottage is small, adorable and charming. The deck and outdoor shower were super nice. We recommend renting a golf cart for easy trips to center street. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again!"

"This spot is studio apartment-like. It was in the perfect location to explore Charleston and the surrounding areas. Walking distance to grocery stores, cafes and frozen yogurt A short Uber Ride to Sullivan's Island, Shem Creek. Rented bikes to get into downtown Charleston in 15 minutes from the house. "The carriage house on Broad St is a great location! Linda & Ruthie were great communicators, friendly & hospitable. The house is clean, comfortable & was great for 4 people! It was home away from home! Would stay again & highly recommend!!"

"As advertised! Hidden gem amongst highly priced properties. If not expecting the most luxury updated property than this is it. They have made nice touches with hot tub and pool and outdoor shower. Also the screened porch was nice!"

"I was visiting my son for the holidays and needed a place to stay. This house was perfect. Loved walking around the yard looking at the plants or sitting outside on the covered patio. The house was decorated for Christmas. It was well-stocked for me to cook meals. The host communicates quickly. There is a guest book with recommendations. The host even offered a bottle of wine! Great host. Darling place. I enjoyed my stay."

"Great location that made it super convenient to walk to downtown and the beach. It was just enough room for my wife and baby to be comfortable. "Having stayed in many rental homes over the years, we always come back saying, "Why didnt they have...?". Not here. Every detail was covered. Easy check in, immaculate, wine and snacks waiting for us - it was a great, quiet place to come back to and relax after a day out and about. "Outstanding amenities, the apartment is thoughtfully designed, the staff even left a welcome gift 💝! Quite needed, after a long drive! Parking instructions are very clear and even though it was the first time using the carousel parking, it all seemed pretty intuitive. "We had a wonderful time at this house! We came in for a wedding and loved the location, an easy drive to downtown or the beach and a few restaurants in walking distance which was nice after a long travel day. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with - went above and beyond to drop off toilet paper when we realized things were running low! Would definitely recommend this place and host! Thank you again for hosting us for a great weekend!!"

"Property was very clean and well maintained and had a well-equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed. Only problem we had during our stay was caused by a small step between the kitchen and the main room which caused a fall. The owner demonstrated appropriate concern and, in an effort, to try to improve safety since he could not change the step, he applied tape as a visual aid which helped. "Først i 3’die forsøg fik jeg et værelse hvor tingene var i orden. Første værelse manglede stol til skrivebordet og køleskabet så ikke ud til at virke - andet værelse var der stol men intet køleskab. Tredie værelse var en upgrade i hovedbygningen og her var alt i orden. Morgenmaden nogenlunde ok men under standard af hvad jeg har af sammenligningsgrundlag,"
