"Charging $20 to check in 30 minutes early is why I won’t use this company again. Corporate greed! What happened to old fashioned common sense. The room is available. I told the lady at the counter we just want to drop our bags off and we won’t be back until midnight. We were the only people in the whole complex. She said it was policy. Best Western lost a customer for life!!"

"Room was great and very clean. Excellent location being so close to the marina and fishing. A few outside chairs would be nice as well as an equipment washdown area for waders etc.
