Hoteller i Chapman Ranch

"First of all I booked the room for my brother and he said when he got there they where not going to give him the room. I wrote in the special instructions to the desk that I booked it for him . Then he called and said the TV didn't work. . Terrible. He didn't have a good stay. Next week me and my brother was going to book another room but he said no."

"The rooms do not look like the photos shown on Expedia. While the general layout was similar, the actual condition of the room was very disappointing. There were stains on the ceiling and on the bed covers, and the room had a strong mildew smell. The caulking around the shower was completely gone, which made the bathroom feel poorly maintained. "Breakfast was cold and when asked a staff member if adding more of an item she said no because it was frozen. It was barely 8:30am She was even in a bad mood. The other older lady was very sweet picking up trash from customers and always smiling Our room really smelled and humidity was bad if ac was under 64 degrees. No towels were left on second day. Pool was very clean "

"Air conditioner did not keep room cool at night. My bed was horrible and blanket had stains all over both beds. Toilet would not even flush properly Friday night and then Saturday would not flush at all in the morning or that night. Would not recommend staying there "

"Room wasn’t that clean but it was a smokers room so u get what you pay for. Overall no bed bugs and the ac worked so win win."

"The room was super clean the breakfast was awesome kind of sad that the waffle maker was broken but it's okay Saturday morning there was biscuits and gravy on the buffet and on Sunday scrambled eggs and bacon it was awesome the food was wonderful the service was great the stuff is friendly it was just an overall perfect experience thank you all for your hard work and making our time in your establishment so wonderful 😊😊😊"

"Check in was easy and efficient, breakfast was very good. The floor in our room was filthy - my socks were black, and there was sticky stuff on the bottom of my foot. Yuck! Shower had low water pressure. Good location. Good stay for price."
