☆ Outdoor Space: There is a patio area downstairs with four seats and a table, along with two hanging seats for ultimate relaxation. Fire up the gas grill for a barbecue, or gather around the normal fire pit in the yard for s`mores and storytelling under the stars.

☆ Kayaks: There are two kayaks available for guest use at the property along with three life jackets.

☆ Parking: 4 parking spots are available in the driveway in front of the house. Please do not drive vehicles on the grass.

Please note the property owner will have their boat docked on one side of the dock.



We are very close to the water - expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open.



There are active security cameras on the front of the house (facing driveway and front yard), under the back balcony (facing back door), and outside of the back balcony (facing backyard).
