We decided to drive back to our town after our event was over and just left rather than stay the night and get bed bugs or venereal disease from the bathrooms. We never even used the new room because we were so grossed...

"Was our first time staying here, will be back! It started with the front desk being so helpful when our flight was delayed for check-in. The rooms were clean. Beds were slightly uncomfortable, but I'm sure everyone is used to their own beds. The breakfast was good! It was stocked with minimal wait the length of our stay. We did take advantage the pool on Friday night. We were the only one there. It was very clean and they supplied nice towels! Staff was friendly! It is right next to the highway...

Here are some of memorable moments: 1. I Booked for 2 beds, but got only 1 bed with sofa bed. No other room was available. (I paid in advance.) "The room wasn't cleaned the entire time we were there. The 3rd day, they emptied the trash and reset the towels, but nothing else. They didnt even make the bed. It was a bit disappointing."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was very good in all aspects, including the cleanliness, service, comfort, and overall atmosphere. Free parking was very spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was well maintained. I also really appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which was a great added benefit and made the stay even more enjoyable. "I could have easily given the hotel a 5 star review but I couldn’t because of the low seating toilets. I initially thought the size of the toilet was designed only for smaller children. I am 5’5” and not overweight. When sitting on the toilet my knees were closer to my chin than parallel to the rest of my body. I’ve only experienced this type of problem with another Hampton Inn in New Mexico. I never thought I’d be sizing the toilet height before staying at another Hampton Inn."

"Though the lobby is ok and the staff helping me pleasant, this hotel is musty and water damaged, unfortunately. I could smell it on floors 2 and 3. 3 was the worst. My asthma was so bad, I had to flee my room at 9:00 at night and find another place to sleep. It wasn't a fun way to start off my vacation. Please professionally investigate and remediate the stucco siding for water intrusion and window failures which I saw. There happened to be a storm while I was there and water came in."
