The farm's former stable (on a grain farm practicing agroecology) has been completely restored and converted into two adjoining cottages. Each cottage has its own private garden and separate entrance. The French doors, either on the gable end or the front facade, open onto a terrace and offer each cottage views of the surrounding countryside and meadows in all seasons. The decor, in shades of gray, and the repurposed pallets used as coffee tables, create a Scandinavian and contemporary atmosphere.

On the ground floor, the large living area combines all the living spaces: a modern fitted kitchen, a dining area, a lounge, and a wood-burning stove. There is also a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, a large landing provides sleeping space for one person (one single bed), one bedroom (one double bed), and one bedroom (two single beds). Electric heating. Le Pal amusement and animal park is 4 km away. Pond fishing 2.5 km away (permit or day pass required). Mills 20 km away. Thermal spa and wellness center in Bourbon-Lancy 25 km away.
