"I took a group of 6 women to Morocco for a golf trip. We used this VRBO as our home base for 8 days while we were in the Rabat/Fes area. My experience working with the owner Hakim could not have been better. He communicated thoroughly to all my questions before & during the trip. "We booked this villa for a stay for our family group of 8 for a restful few days. The house was huge and the pool lovely. The facilities in the house included the pool table, electric piano, tv’s and Netflix. The bedroom situation wasn’t ideal for our group which had 3 couples and 2 adult/teenage girls so privacy is important. "Het Hotel had bevestiging gestuurd voor accoord. Dag voor aankomst stuurde Hakim van Hotel bericht dat hij net de boeking had gezien. Helaas was het appartement niet beschikbaar. Hij zou wat anders regelen. Wij toch naar Hotel en hoorden daar dat Hakim een groep bruiloftsgasten had geboekt. Hij had receptie opdracht gegeven om Buitenlandse gasten af te wimpelen. Heeft ons vervolgens in een “afbraakappartent” geplaatst omdat wij niets meer konden vinden. Wilde 20% meer geld omdat andere complex...

"The property needs a lot of fixes; there was peeling paint and plaster falling from the walls; lots of roaches and ants that we had to keep killing. A totally a put off and not expected from a rental at this price point; The rental has 2 sections, with separate enterances; the door for the smaller one was totally broken and really difficult to open and lock; required huge amount of brute force to open it. "Très belle et grande maison, parfait pour une vacance en famille. La vue sur la mer depuis la maison et le jardin est fantastique. Le personnel est très gentil et nous a soigné avec des plats traditionnels. Communication avec Robert très facile et sur place avec Aouatef aussi."

"Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Sanaa. Hôte très réactive et facilement joignable. La villa se trouve dans une résidence avec 2 belles piscines dont une avec toboggans pour enfants. très bien entretenue et bien securisee,c'est un Havre de paix. Cependant une voiture est indispensable car tout le quartier est en pleine construction donc pas encore de boutiques dans les environs et la plage est un peu éloignée pour y aller à pieds surtout avec des enfants. La villa est propre et bien équipée...

"Propert is far frm city, have bad experiences with the Watchmen at first night, washroom taps and Showers were not working properly , have no facilities hot and Cool , it was chilled like mount Everest. It was more costly ,"

"Farid confirmed our stay ahead of time via WhatsApp. The host is very responsive. We didn’t know that the ride to and from the airport was included on our booking so that’s a plus. The host actually had to remind us that it’s included. Otherwise, the taxi to and from the airport will be 100 MAD. He also coordinated our round trip taxi ride to Casablanca with a reliable taxi driver Mr. Rachid. The apartment is nice like stated on the description."
