My husband stayed there a week ago and liked how everything was so we ended up booking it again for our family stay (have never booked the same hotel twice because it was never great to come back). Great facility, nice warm pool, very good breakfast (I mean they even have fresh strawberries and whipped cream!). I definitely recommend this place!"

"Colleen at the front desk was awesome. Came from out of town to work. Worked outside all day and when i checked in she was super fast and even gave us a bottle of water! The breakfast in the morning was delicious. Lots of options."

"Every staff member was incredibly kind and helpful! Our eoom was clean but there was a wet area on the carpet next to our airconditioner. Also, our bathroom door was quite sticky at the top and the lock did not work. It was extremely hot during our which probably contributed. The stay was comfy though and we were able to sleep well which was really important. "

The pool area was clean and I loved that they had fresh white pool towels rolled up on each table for people as well as more stacked on the side. Pool would be more appealing if maybe a couple of tall plants in the corner of room (even fake ones) and painted some of the wall areas blue so it is not so bland. (Not a complaint, just a suggestion.) Thank you for a nice stay. "

One time, we were in a bit of a hurry and needed to buy 2 items from the store on our way out. Finally, a member of the breakfast kitchen staff wrote down our room number and the 2 items so that the front desk could ring them up when they came back to the front desk."

"Stay was fantastic except ladies at front desk wouldn’t let us check in till “we” called Hotel.com and had them then call the motel to get it paid. We set in car for 20 minutes trying to get to the right person who could help. We had receipts and confirmation number but that didn’t matter. Motel probably deals with Hotel.com all the time. Companies need a direct line to call with these issues instead of dumping it on the customer who has paid and exhausted from a long drive. Both parties are at...
