"I booked this room because I live far away and my son was going to have surgery very early in the morning the next day. When I arrived I checked into my room and was greeted by a bed bug on the bed. The room was also dirty and smelled like mold. I went to the front desk to make them aware of the bed bug and wanted a new room. She immediately denied that they have any bed bugs and then followed me to the room so I could show her the bug. She claimed that the bug that was on the bed was not a bed...

"No hot water to take a shower. Offered new room the morning we were checking out so didn't have time. Wash rags had lot of dark stains on them. Requested full or partial refund. Crystal at front desk said he had to talk to manager at 10:00 am and would call me. It has been two days and still no response. "

Our room was clean and comfortable, and the pool area was well-maintained and enjoyable for both adults and kids. One thing we really appreciated was the location. It was easy to get to and conveniently close to the highway, but without the constant noise and heavy traffic you often find at hotels right on the interstate. It made for a much more relaxing stay. "The property was o.k. The HVAC in the room was incredibly noisy. We could not sleep so we turned it off. The room then became very hot and stuffy. The bed was fine. The blankets and sheets were serviceable but should have already been replaced. There was no extra pillow or blanket. Accommodation was minimal. I would have expected more for the price of the room."

"We had a king bed with a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa was broken and once we were able to get it out the mattress was stained with what looked like blood. Super super nasty. They don't do room service unless you are there for longer than 2 nights so we did not have clean towels the second morning. We had to go find towels and they only gave us 3 to start with. Towel quality was pretty sad as well. Thin very used towels."

"Good location near shopping and restaurants common areas are well maintained and the free laundry was really nice. The room was poorly maintained, couch was terribly dirty and smelled, mattress was falling apart. Room reeked of room deodorizer when we first arrived, after that began to wear off, every day around 3pm, the room was flooded with fumes through a grill in the ceiling, and we were on the third floor."

"The hotel was super Convenient for close things such as the zoo and downtown access. The grounds were clean and looked new. The staff was really nice and helped when needed. The breakfast was ok however it’s free and you can’t beat that! If I had to complain about anything it would be that I got a dog tick on me on my leg. Can I prove that it was the hotel no however it is a possibility since it’s dog friendly and a higher chance. More of a risk I took myself when booking im from the south and...

"Trash was all over the floor in the hallway, walked into the room to see bugs all over the place and the room looked like it was never cleaned from the guest before. Walked back to the front desk and checked out. The employee was not at all surprised when I mentioned the bugs. Spent about 5 minutes there."
