Hello I'm so sorry you feel this way. You never explained what the maintenance issues were and why you got sick. The last guest that stayed there for 3 months prior to your arrival was a nurse at the Guam Memorial hospital. I think they would be a good indicator if there were any issues there. :) We have a full time maintenance man and he would have came right over had you informed us of any issues. Also the owners stayed in the unit after you left and had no issues. The bathroom and sink has been completely redone with new tiles and new toilet and sink. We are sorry you had a bad experience and hope that next time you will inform our staff of any problems you are having so we can take of you. But without providing any details it is difficult to know what you're not happy with. Thank you for staying with us.
