"The staff was amazing! Consider this place a home away from home! Maria, Antonio and Citlaly were amazing! Always assisted us in booking a taxi! Helped do research on places we wanted to visit, would offer us assistance on any and everything. Food was amazing! Views were gorgeous, you’re walking distance from water taxis. It’s about a 30-40 minute drive from zona romantica, which is where more of the city life is. So just be considerate of how much you’ll be paying in taxis roughly $25 usd one...

"The pools were gorgeous, and the view from our balcony was gorgeous. If you don’t mind a 10-15 minute walk, you could get to Centro or the Zona Dorada; if not, Ubers and taxis are plentiful. The beach was very rocky; when we wanted to go in the ocean, we walked south in the beach to better places."

"Don’t bother booking at Grand Park Royal unless you’re staying in the New Tower.
My Son’s experience in the Old Tower was absolutely terrible. The room had significant mold issues, including mold around the air conditioning unit and even inside the curtains. The outdated A/C system appeared to create constant condensation, which seemed to circulate mold throughout the room.
We reported the problem to several staff members. Rather than moving us to another room, maintenance simply started...

"I had for nights in Tryst hotel. I had an amazing room with two balconies.
Main problem is that the hotel is still under construction. It meant that I could not use my balconies due to noise every day from 8:30-17:30 and the amount of dust coming from the construction work 2 floors down. On top of that the hallways and the reception/restaurant area is also under construction.
The hotel has a very nice rooftop terrace with a pool. There is public access to the roof top, and given the size of it,...
