"Beautiful resort. Located away from the hustle and bustle of the busy tourist area. We were upgraded to a suite near the pool over looking the ocean. Room was clean and spacious. Food at the pool and room service were very good, especially for an all inclusive resort. Hotel gym was large and well appointed. When planning restaurants there are great options at the hotel and at nearby Pueblo Bonito properties and golf course. We booked Fellinis which as at a sister property 30 mins away....

"Great resort staff The gym staff was rude, welcomed me in then 1 min later kicked me out because I didn’t meet fully their running shoes policy. I was just doing arms and shoulders weights but the assistant and then the manager both asked me to leave. FYI it’s important to have the requirements and policy at the front desk and review with gym goers before they enter the gym and not fish them out minutes later after your assistant opened the double glass door welcoming me in after I signed . "Our stay at Médano Hotel and Spa in Cabo Mexico was marred by some challenges. Despite reaching out via email prior to our visit, we received no response. Additionally, we were assigned a room behind the pool bar and despite our requests, we were not relocated during our 6-day stay. Unfortunately, our attempts to communicate during our stay also went unanswered. While there is certainly room for improvement, we still managed to enjoy our stay overall. 😊"
