New place and well located, BUT, A BIG BUT....
Most of the staff are clumsy, inefficient and never available to help provide a pleasant stay to the guests.
During check-in, the reception lady told us we were entitled to a late check-out as an Expedia VIP privilege; before checkout I called the reception to let them know the time of our departure, the reception lady (named Montserrat) denied us the benefit without a reason -since the hotel was empty and the season very low- Then I asked her to put me through to the management to ask there for my VIP benefit, but she didn't saying there's no manager on duty on weekends (which of course must be a lie).
Traveling very often to Expedia VIP hotels around the world, this was a bad surprise because the benefits of the program are honored almost everywhere BUT NOT HERE.
Furthermore, we had many issues during our 9-day stay because of the incompetence of the staff, like: they knocked on our door early almost every morning waking us up pretending to make the room (8:00 AM); we asked the staff to make it after 10:00 AM, instead one day they didn't make it at all.
At the swimming pool the same thing, the staff is almost never around, should the guests want anything (towels, drinks, opening an umbrella, etc.) No one there.
At the bars, there's no wine opener in the premises, so if you like wine go someplace else.
As in everything, there are exceptions: like Jaime, a bell man who was always kind and helpful.
In short: STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
