"This is such a great hotel. Everything we expected of something quaint in Santa Fe. Somehow I had missed, that the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, which we would have liked. However, they did have snacks in the lobby in the morning, and there was a fridge and table, so you could comfortably sit and have breakfast on your own in the room as well. So overall great hotel, Great location and great value for money. "

NO telling who actually owns this property, you'll never be able to speak to a manager, only an answering service that creates a "ticket" for someone else to process or "investigate". In my case, I spent 1 night by myself. After I checked out I received and email notifying me that "a dog was observed on the premises" during my time there and I was being charged a $50 fee "in accordance with their pet policy." Problem is I did not have a dog or any living being other...
