The staff were fantastic, but the site and rooms are tired and need some attention - re painting, new carpet and extra amenities like an additional soap for the shower and a blanket for cold nights and additional pillows for those that need more than one would have made things better. once simple things are done, it will be just a good as it ever was."

"It was an excellent place to stay. Transport using the train into the city for New Year’s Eve. Then getting the train back & walking to the motel where I was staying. One suggestion would be if they could provide face washes with the towels & bath mat. "

"We chose the hotel because they had a pool, but when we arrived the pool was closed, full of algae and dirty. We had planned to spend our jet-lagged days by the pool, but were very disappointed instead.

"Nice contemporary newer interior, small terrace (could have been wiped clean) - got locked out of our room one evening due to door not working, but the reception did their best to get it sorted quickly. Collingwood is a very nice and cool area to stay in, different than the city centre, but only a 20 min. walk away"
