They sold the apartment 6 years ago and the apartment is not theirs anymore so they are not sure why their number is still there. That was the only number that we had to contact them, so we called the expedia help center. They also could not contact the owner, and they gave us a refund. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin (flexibel bei der Umbuchung und schnell bei der Rückerstattung; Schlüsselübergabe sehr einfach; schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation; perfekte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse). Wir würden diese Wohnung mit ihrer angenehmen Vermieterin jederzeit wieder buchen, wenn wir das nächste Mal nach Sibiu/Hermannstadt reisen. Herzlichen Dank an Diana Dancea!"
