"We enjoyed our stay at the Reserve. Shawn was very accommodating & helpful with any questions I might of had with quick reply. The loft is spacious. We were a party of 3 without any difficulty. Only negative is one bathroom but wasn't a big deal. It does have a spacious shower and bathtub combo. Most definitely will book again if we travel back to Nashville."

"Surprisingly, they have a good breakfast in the morning. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was nicely appointed and spacious. We stayed in room 404 and the only thing is this: we could hear the trains passing when they blew the whistle. It woke us up a little bit. However, I don’t think you’d be able to hear it on the other side of the hotel. We had a great stay!"

The window had throughout my stay water drops rolling down the window (not sure how healthy that is) I as delayed and could not reach my flight connection - but still had to pay for the hotel the first night although I could not use it - but maybe this is more due to hotels.com and their strict policies."
