"Spotless, it was contactless but very easy to get into the inn and our room, very beautiful historic inn, room was amazing-huge sitting area, wonderful kitchen area, bed was a 4 postter bed that was huge and had 2 steps to get into it, beautiful antique furniture, private bathroom was very large, clean, and perfect. "Ms Emily greeted my Mother and I when we arrived. She is absolutely amazing. Loved the farm animals especially the goats. Enjoyed feeding them animal crackers every day. Was also greeted every morning by the kitties. Very peaceful and quiet place to stay. If we had a problem it was taken care of right away. Emily, Craig and their 2 daughters are absolutely truly amazing people and would do anything to make sure you are well taken care of during your stay at their farm."

"This hotel used to be a 5 star hotel. The staff was not welcoming at all. They were all day in and out starring at their pc. Not a ‘hello’, ‘goodnight’, nothing, except for the night shift. The evening shift told me to in order to get ice cubes, I would have to go up on the 5th floor, to get my icebag. Then take another elevator to the 1st floor. Luckily the night security and night shift were customer service friendly enough to help. It is such a dissapointment from what it was. It was under renovation, and messes were left all over. Our first look had water seeping up from the floor ( we did get another one, not an upgrade, just another one) Our room was nice and new, but such a disappointment to what the hotel used to stand for. "
