"Chad was very responsive and helpful when we thought a breaker flipped and the heater wouldn't turn on-the breaker did flip and it was an easy fix. He followed up the next day to check that everything was going well. The coffee bar and provided snack tray were both adorable and very appreciated. It was pretty cold so we didn't sit outside, but the firepit area and deck were both really nice. We're hoping to make it back during warm weather to take advantage of the outdoor space!"

"The house and landscaping were very neat and clean. Well stocked kitchen with a variety of snacks. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Could have used some grab bars in the showers. "From the moment we pulled down the driveway we knew this place was special. Such an amazing location by a beautiful wide creek with trees, flowers and wildlife surrounding this historic stone cottage. Inside the decor was so welcoming and cozy. "This hotel used to be a 5 star hotel. The staff was not welcoming at all. They were all day in and out starring at their pc. Not a ‘hello’, ‘goodnight’, nothing, except for the night shift. The evening shift told me to in order to get ice cubes, I would have to go up on the 5th floor, to get my icebag. Then take another elevator to the 1st floor. Luckily the night security and night shift were customer service friendly enough to help. It is such a dissapointment from what it was. It was under renovation, and messes were left all over. Our first look had water seeping up from the floor ( we did get another one, not an upgrade, just another one) Our room was nice and new, but such a disappointment to what the hotel used to stand for. "
