"Location seemed good, close to downtown. We liked the trail it was on and having the river right there was pretty cool! Although we did like the room i dont think we would stay here again. The lighting in the room is very dim, even with all the lights turned on. The floor of the room was very dirty. I walked barefoot for like 5 minutes and my feet were black. There was dust on some fixtures. The bed is a little higher than normal, just so people know, and the bed was uncomfortable."

"Good location, near a lot of things, with a good view. We came here with our dog, and saw they said no dogs near the pool, so we left him in his crate in the room. Apparently, he did bark a bit while we were gone. To which our neighbor reported us. The gal I talked to on the phone was nice and understanding.However she did let me know that their HOA policy says dogs are not allowed to be unattended in the room.Which does make it hard to use the amenities provided since dogs aren’t allowed there....

"Windows to look out on the rushing waters of the Deschutes and open to hear the water!Easy to walk to many restaurants, breweries and even the HH Amphitheater!Room to unpack and relax for several days. "

"Stayed with my family (including a 2 and 4 year old) and had a great time. Close to Smith rock state park and the lava fields. During naps we could walk to downtown (including a cute library and book stores) with the 4 year old. Great place!"

"Came to Bend for a Golf event and this place was right around the corner from where we needed to be. Beautiful community, the pool is great with a little library box and hostess was very attentive and helpful."
