"We had a great time at this house! Came in for Cooperstown ASV baseball. There were 4 families with 10 yo and 15 yo. Had plenty of space, hosted a team party where we had dinner, roasted s'mores, and kids explored the creek. It was hot night one, but fine the other nights. We were 10-12 min to ASV."

"This property is a spacious 3-bedroom a short walk from the lake. We found the beds very comfortable, and we enjoyed the property's layout. We were able to comfortably cook a few meals there, and the rules were quite easy to manage. Overall a great experience - would highly recommend!"
