"This was our first visit to Mystic and we blown away!! What a beautiful, amazing property. We were so impressed by the options for dining and bars we had a hard time choosing. Can’t wait to come back and experience more of the amenities on site like the golf and the spa. Overall, amazing experience! Absolutely recommend."

"Our room was very clean! The main front desk clerk was great and very helpful when we arrived late evening! My husband and I were here for our anniversary! What drew me to the Lodge and area was the spa and all they had to offer! We enjoyed a couples massage! Would definitely recommend the spa and hope to visit again soon"

"The place is nasty , dusty, I slept in the couch, I woke up with severe skin rashes, I though my unit will have kitchen, no kitchen, when I asked they said their all taken, while you can clearly see vacant units. We have only one chance to order from the restaurant, the restaurant prices are astronomical. The only good thing is the landscape. Never ever go back there again."

"When we arrived, neither the outdoor or indoor pool was open. We were told it would open at 9pm, it did not. This was also two years in a row that the waterpark wasn't open. Opened up the sofa bed- the mattress was so old, there was no support. The springs were sticking out of the mattress- it was not able to be slept on due to it being that uncomfortable. Tried to call the front desk for more towels- followed the instructions on the phone to reach the front desk, but it would not go...
