"Everyone had fun playing games, swimming, kayaking and sitting around the fire! We loved that there are no stairs to the lake and you walk right out and you are there. The lake is shallow by the dock and allowed our children to swim and jump off the dock all day long! The house has plenty of space for everyone to hang out together, but also plenty of beds to be able to sleep comfortably. "

"Our family of five had a wonderful week at this cabin! The cabin was very clean and the lake was beautiful! The beach was sandy and the water was clear! We enjoyed the kayaks, canoe and paddle boat daily and of course spent many hours just floating on the lake. Bruce was very welcoming and friendly during our stay. We will definitely rent this cabin again. "

"The Alpaca farm cabin was a beautiful place to stay. We loved feeding the alpacas, enjoyed the sauna, did some axe throwing in the yard, and enjoyed a drink on the cabin’s porch at sunset. This place is a gem and worth the trip from Iowa to get there!"

"We had a great time. Everything you would expect from a Minnesota Cabin. The lake was nice and caught several nice fish...we put them back so they're still in there. Dog loved it. Too hot for the hot tub but looked well kept and perfect for cooler weather. We'd go back again. Friendly neighbors/people passing by on the lake. There was one restaurant about 15 minutes away. Brought a George Foreman and that worked out nice for cooking. There was a grill but never used it/looked at it....

"Legacy lakeside resort was fantastic! There's trails to walk, kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boats, nice beach, clean, very comfy beds, quiet and relaxing. "The cottage is perfectly suited to a couple's getaway, and the property is all about peace and quiet. Even when the weather was less than ideal, we relished the chance to catch up on our reading while enjoying coffee on the porch.
