"First the 5 stars great stuff. Clean room, comfortable bed, blackout curtains. Housekeeping was excellent and readily available. Breakfast staff had very hard workers that were always eager to help. Loved the selection for the morning meal. The front desk employee ANA is amazing, so curteous and deserves a 5 star rating all on her own. Wonderful!
And now the 3 stars for the not so great stuff. The pool area was not well cared for. The hot tub was not very hot at all and a bit dirty. And...
"Our stay was extremely disappointing. We found large clumps of black hair scattered throughout the room, and even floating in the hot tub, along with a large piece of skin. The towels were dirty, containing black hairs and a large glob of spit. Everything pointed to a serious lack of maintenance and cleanliness. When we addressed these concerns with the reception, the staff were rude and unhelpful, claiming to know nothing and saying they didn’t deal with the rooms. They also had no idea about...
